The brief
Hard Rock Digital wanted their Leeds office to feel like the brand from the moment you walk in. The idea was one big statement wall: the brand’s purple and pink lightning pattern running the full width and height, with the Hard Rock Digital logo lit up at its centre.
The wall is around three metres high, with a ceiling bulkhead cutting into one corner. The graphic had to be shaped around it and printed in four drops that join cleanly, so the pattern runs unbroken from floor to ceiling.
The logo had to stand off the wall and glow, so it still reads clearly against a busy, colourful pattern. We specified built-up letters and ring with opal acrylic faces and bright white LEDs inside each letter to light the faces.
Before anything was made, the client signed off a visual of the finished wall in their office, a technical drawing of the logo and the print artwork, checking the sizes, colours and positions.

What we made.
Illuminated logo
- Built-up letters and ring, 1500 mm wide
- Powder-coated returns in a standard RAL colour
- 5 mm opal acrylic faces
- Bright white LED modules in each letter, lighting the faces only
